As you can see from my LinkedIn profile, I have been doing executive search work since 1984. It is one of the most interesting skills I have attained, as it uses research, process, human resource protocols and organizational development on one side, with intuition, match making and team building strategies on the other.
I have personally done search work for Steve Jobs, John Warnock, Reed Hastings and Asim Abdullah. I am known for helping build small teams of high performance individuals that create ground breaking, disruptive and innovative technologies. I brought in the teams that help build Quicktime, WebOjects, Acrobat, XML, Cold Fusion and many others. I use an accelerated approach to deliver results that at one time earned me the nickname, The Jerry Macguire of Silicon Valley.
The process I use is a combination of decades of experience on over 1000 successful searches, coupled with understanding your unique business and mission. I generally engage at the C-Level of an organization for my retained search focus and only take on one or two retainers at a time.
